For me, teamwork is a great way to quickly complete a task, to effectively achieve goals. I like working in small teams of 3-5 people, because in such teams, it is much easier to interact personally with team members, assign responsibilities and monitor the work of each person. In my opinion, being a leader is a difficult but interesting task. I am a responsible person, so I am able to set objectives, define the roles of team members, convert a team's plan into something achievable. I like being a leader in teams where people are focused on achieving a goal. I don't like working with people who don't want to work in full and who need to be constantly monitored so that they start doing something. A team is, of course, a very convenient way of working, which I prefer if I need to perform a large or difficult task. But if I understand that the task does not require the active work of several people, then I will do it alone.
I will tell you about the tips that I would use to improve the work of my team. First of all, my team members have to support each other. I think this advice is the most important. The members should not compete, because we are all going towards a common goal. Secondly, the dialogue with the team members should be open. There should be no secrets and discussions "behind your back". And thirdly, the team members could discuss something outside the office. A friendly atmosphere helps to unite the team.

In my opinion, the most important thing in teamwork is trust. To do this, each team member must take a responsible approach to work. Then discuss the intermediate results, here it is important to be able to listen to each other in order to come to an agreement and make a common decision. To make it more comfortable for the team to interact with each other, it is desirable to be interested in the life and interests of the members of their team outside the working life. In the end, I am in favor of teamwork.
The ability to work in a team allows you to:

Team work is effective to achieve the goal, but it is a difficult work because its success depends on many aspects, such as the relationship between all team members, how they distribute the roles among each other and whether they are able to overcome the difficulties.
So, of the five tips from the video, I guess the most effective is to discuss the decision by all team members in an open dialog, when everyone can express their point of view on the question. Secondly, it`s crucial to have team support, as everyone is not afraid to share their opinions and discuss solutions to the goal. And it is also important that everyone knows their role and what they are personally responsible for, because this simplifies the team work and makes it more effective.

I am the kind of person who is used to working independently and relying only on myself, so I make every possible effort to work together, because the overall result will depend on the quality of my work. To be honest, I am not a supporter of working in large teams, for me it is much more difficult than working alone. Even if there is a lot of work to be done, I would like to do it on my own. It's just that it's more convenient and more comfortable for me, all my thoughts and crazy ideas are developing thanks to me, and if something doesn't work out for me, then I will be responsible only to myself and also only to myself. Although I understand that teamwork is also necessary and useful for a person. But then all team members should be interested in completing the task. Everyone should be aware of their responsibility to the team and the team leader. And then teamwork will be a successful and ❓❗successful form of work.
From the video I watched above, I can highlight a few tips for successful teamwork:

For me, teamwork is the work of a group of people focused on solving a specific problem. Working in a team means being ready to solve various kinds of problems and find a way out of difficult situations. Most of all I like to work in a team from 4 to 6 people. In teamwork, the most important thing is mutual understanding between the players.
After watching this video, I highlighted the most important tips for working in a team. Firstly, there should be mutual trust, which will help to avoid conflicts within the team. Secondly, the participants should not compete. Thirdly, the team members could discuss something outside the office, in an informal setting. Fourth, the result of the work of the whole team is the result of the responsibility of each of its participants.

For me, the most important thing in teamwork is trust and cooperation. I've worked in a team many times, and even been a leader. Being a team leader is not easy, you need to be able to properly assign roles in the team, set goals. And the most important thing is to establish friendly relations in the team. I like working with people who are determined to get results. I don't like working with passive people who are not ready to invest in the work.

In my opinion, all 5 tips are necessary for any team and are most effective in combination. Most of all, my attention was attracted by the idea that all team members should be open and honest with each other and support in a difficult situation. This will help the team to tune in to a positive mood and a friendly atmosphere, which will lead to effective work results.
I also liked the idea that each team member should be responsible, know their duties and do them on time. In the end, the main thing is that the team is joined by a common goal and they aim to achieve it.

I think that our world would not be in the way how we see it right now without any kind of teamwork. It is obvious, that humans are highly social and tend to live in complex social structures composed of many cooperating and competing groups, from families to political states. That is why I am absolutely sure that humanity can not exist without teamwork.
And of course, not all of the teams can exist in our world. For the successful team following is required: 1) each member must be responsible and accountable for completing their own tasks; 2) specific goals are needed and completion deadlines for tasks are too; 3) making decisions should be based on open dialogue with all the members offering their solutions to problems; 4) member should have the team`s support and commitment not only when making decisions, but also when carrying them out and etc. Thats the list of main criteria of mine for an awesome team to survive through all of the stages of team transformation.

I have a very good attitude towards the teamwork, because it is always better to work and cooperate with someone to achieve something. It is always much more interesting and not that intense as if it was by myself. But not every team is that cool for me, I should say. The perfect team for me is the one, which has a trust between the members. Not only the trust, but sharing ideas and feelings while being respectful of others is needed too! Also, a team should celebrate and accept member differences as much as view every single team member as an unique individual. Of course, the main part of the good teams is goals, because without them It just does not make any sense for the team to exist! If you have goals, it means that you have to meet deadlines! Also, each member must be responsible and accountable for completing their own tasks. That is the way of how the great team looks for me!

Another of the principles of teamwork is productivity. This principle can be described as follows: a manager who gathers a team must establish certain requirements for the quality of the solutions developed and the results obtained, and clear deadlines for the implementation of a particular task or problem that the activities of an organized team are aimed at solving must also be established. Also, the principles of teamwork can be directly attributed to mutual responsibility. This principle is explained by the need to impose a certain responsibility on each of the group members. I think that teamwork is very important in any occupation, and even more so in the work of any business. Teamwork allows you to cope with tasks more efficiently and achieve success faster. There are certain tips to increase the effectiveness of teamwork:

2) the roles in the team should be distributed, each team member must know his/her role and the role of others ;

I consider setting goals to be the most important of all tips, since team, work on something begins with this on order to determine the direction of the tasks.

In my opinion, the effectiveness of the team depends on many aspects. The first and most important is the correct distribution of duties and roles among team members. It is necessary that each team member carry out his or her tasks, take responsibility for mistakes.
