Howard Schultz is also one of American billionaires. Schultz began working at the coffeehouse Starbucks in 1982. Schultz was named the 209th-richest person in the U.S. by Forbes with a net worth of $4.3 billion (October 2020). On March 16, 2022 Starbucks announced that the current CEO Kevin Johnson is retiring and that Howard Schultz would take over until further notice.

The second, sixth and seventh principles are the most important for me.
«Make decisions and take control now». This principle is a strong motivation for me. It directly says that if you can do something now, then do it. Otherwise, it may be too late later.
«Be able to prove the validity of your idea». To gain appreciation for your idea, you need to prove that it is worth investing in it, believing in it, helping with it.
«Be able to negotiate with people, work in a team». This principle is closely related to the previous one. It is very difficult to realize your idea alone, so you need to have the right friends and generous investors who would believe in your idea as much as you do.

For me the most important principle is "Never stop dreaming of a better future" because success starts with an idea, a dream of something. It is the dream that makes me move towards what I want to achieve. 

I also consider the principle "Don't be afraid to start on the road to success right now" to be important because everyone does not have a lot of time to achieve their dreams. So it's better to start right now. 

But there's no point in starting something if you can't make it to the desired result. So the third important principle for me is "Don't quit what you've started until you get results".

All these principles are important and all of them they will all help you achieve success or your goal. For myself personally, I can single out 2,3 and 5 principles.
"Take everything into your own hands right now and act"-I believe that it is very important not to postpone your business, dreams and goals for later. It is necessary to start implementing them right now, so as not to regret them in the future.
"Never give up"-Without this principle, nothing can be achieved, because difficulties, falls, failures will constantly occur on the way and all this will interfere. And if you give up after the first failure, then you will never be successful. If I had given up and given up, I wouldn't be here right now, and I wouldn't be doing what I'm doing now.
"Be able to find the right people and be able to negotiate with them"- The university has made me realize how much your relationships with the people around you ❌decide matter.
