Answer. Based on the answers in the video, we can say that the definition of success depends entirely on the age of the person. For example, only people from 20 to 40 years old spoke about independence; older people (40-65) noted helping others/contribution to the world. But accomplishment and happiness are a fairly universal criterion of success, it was said by people of almost all ages.

1. The criteria for success and the truth largely depend on age. People of the older generation have already lived some period of life and have some experience and understanding of this world. They care more about other people and about the future of our world. Young people 20-30 years old believe that it is enough to be happy and achieve their goals. The younger generation is also thinking about achieving and getting the desired results. But I would like to mention one group of people who talk more about self-development, about improvement and about their own good, they are of different ages and I cannot identify them in any of the groups provided.
2. A little unusual to me was the response of several people who spoke about peace and tranquility. My understanding of success has never been associated with these concepts, so it's strange for me.

This is due to the fact that everyone achieves success in the process of development, achieving new heights throughout almost their entire life. In the video fragment, young people paid special attention to success in relation to money and independence. The material basis for success cannot be denied, but this should not become the main goal. Older people have already said that the important values ​​of success for them are family, children, well-being, mutual assistance, happiness in life - spiritual values, and material things should not be treated as a primary good.

The definition of success that lies in calmness and tranquility seems unusual to me. However, at different periods of life, our values ​​may change, and perhaps one day this will become desirable for me.

However, young people often want to acquire material well-being, while older people say that there are many intangible values: family, children, and, in the end, the happiness that everyone wants.

In principle, each person is individual, so what can we say about success. Of course, everyone has their own path, their own road to success. 1. In my opinion, after watching the video, it is impossible to determine whether success depends on a person’s age. Children most often say that in order to achieve success, you need to achieve certain goals, adults most often talk about independence. My personal opinion is that success does not depend on the age of a person, since you can achieve success at 12 years old or at 60.
